It used to allow multiple students to be added option but it no longer show that now. How can now I manage two students profiles?
Not working properly
The Ecampus shows nothing and all time loading. When clicl on notification then still loading. Every time it show data loading. I uninstall the app 4 time and reinstall it but the problem remain same. I tell the school that so much parents are not happy with this app and use old app which we use previously.

Not able to log in
By mistake I logged out from the app and now not able to log in again. As soon as I put my daughter name and select the year the icon just keeps on rolling and nothing happens ahead. Waited for 10 minutes but nothing happens

Version 5.7 issues on ios
Major issue with version 5.7 is, it has stopped redirecting session links from timetable. It has also stopped displaying photo Id of student in app. Also, not able to download files from ‘ worksheet submission’ section.

Notification page does not open on iOS at all
I recently almost a week back got a notification alert near bell symbol. When you click on it, it does not open anything but keep giving me an alert. I know there is a notification it shows a line when you see on the Lock Screen but inside the app the page does not open.

I’m trying to upload my child’s report card since 4hours but it is not being shown neither any mode of communication with anyone who can help to show how it will appear on the screen.
Terrible App, Horrible Customer Service!
The app is among the worst apps I’ve had to tolerate, unfortunately coz my children’s school uses it..😣Updation is slow, notifications don’t work and the worst is the customer service! They’re not bothered at all to solve our problems.

Great app but need improvement
App is slow while navigating through options inside it. If you received the notification n u click on it, then it doesn’t navigate u to correct message in the app if u have added more than one kid e. g. If I closed the app with 1st kid information in the app n I got the notification for 2nd kid after clicking on it, it will navigate to 1st kid information only. In new option explore n study we received the study material uploaded by the school in pdf format. Many times it has happened if I open the file 1st time it will get open n if I close n again try to open it shows the message as ‘File does not exist’. This is big issue plz resolve as early as possible. After opening the app if I switch between the student, the new student home page gets display then if I navigate to different options on left side after 2-3 seconds it again navigate to student home screen.

Delete this app
This app is overall horrible. I do not recommend using it. Ever! This is one of the worst apps I have used in my lifetime. I hope that the developers realise this and delete this app. So this is my earnest request to you. Please delete this extremely vile horrible terrible useless worthless app out of existence.

Unable to login
I am not able to login from iPhone. I am getting error “Unable to perform login please clear data from phone settings”. I am unable to understand this error as i have just downloaded this software before sometime time and i am getting such error.

Very poor app
In today’s competition, how can one develop such ridiculous app. How schools are also investing their money on this app. Since last 10-12 days after logging on, it’s not proceeding to educational year. Forcefully I’m using your website to login and checking relevant school details.
