Limited functionality
Have changed workplaces and email and can’t update my profile. Which means I can’t see my current status unless I delete the entire app and re-install.
Not great
Constantly logs me out.
Glitches.
To make any changes, redirects me to the browser where I have to login again.
What’s the point of having this app if I have to login 5 times a day?

Conference set up
The noise from the expo room makes concentrating on the presentations difficult.
Would be good if they could be in 2 separate areas.

Nice idea, not useful for mobile phones.
I was expecting an Education Technology conference app to make life easier. This may happen if I get to the conference.
I can log in on phone but not Laptop.
The phone presentation is not responsive.
The event lecture program is in one long list instead in 2D streams.
The map is like looking at the whole world through a drinking straw.
And I can’t log in on a PC to see enough information to plan my sessions.
Most disappointing. I hope the connection features (photograph other delegates’ passes to connect later) work at the conference.

Meh
App doesn’t have the key functionalities of the website that would make it much more usable.

An app for a Tech conference should be sooooo much better than this.
The landing page kept changing.
The floor plan button was useless and then disappeared, rather than being fixed, so you had literally no way of finding anything!
The agenda page forced you to scroll through the whole page EACH TIME YOU OPENED it to find what you wanted to do or was next.
The feedback button that kept popping up didn’t work so this was the only way to give feedback.

Non intuitive
It’s hard to use as an attendee and adds minimal value.
Poor interface and clunky app
Poor interface, clunky, difficult to use, not intuitive. It’s a dated app with a bad UI/UX
Woefully bad
Conference sessions are difficult to navigate, and save as a personalised agenda. The personalised agenda doesn’t keep up with the current time and jump to the sessions on now, so you need to scroll through multiple days by Friday afternoon.
Session times were updated at the conference due to technical difficulties in one room, but the agenda in the app wasn’t updated to reflect that so reality and conference agenda were mismatched by 20 mins all afternoon one day.
To be fair, the conference timing itself is poorly structured so the app can only largely reflect that experience. It was also only available a few days before the conference which diminished its value.
