EE Leaders

EE leader application is used in the Retail business to Evaluate the TMRs (Trade Marketing Representative). Execution leaders perform some store functionalities to visit the stores.. After that they are suggested to visit those stores and check the activates of the Merchandiser. This application is used to track the TMR work inside store. either they are working good/average/poor. In Retail business it is used by the Execution Excellence leader to track his team activates and to rate them accordingly.
