Doesn’t work on newer phones.
This app absolutely SUCKS. I’m switching back to Bank of America because of how HORRIBLE this app is. I’m constantly locked out and never able to move money over because I just get a “please wait” loading screen. I’ve deleted the app 3-4 times now trying to restart it, I’ve updated it, and it just NEVER works on my iPhone. But it’ll work on my husband old iPhone because this app is completely outdated anyways. So now I have completely switch banks because of how unreliable this app is. Thanks EECU!

It’s Okay
Very often lately since the most recent update, this app has gotten significantly trashier, sometimes when it scans my face to open up it immediately just shuts back down for no reason - I’ve had to do this as many as 7 times in a row

This app crashes all the time, and it’s to the point that it’s affecting our financial security to be able to pay basic bills and things. If we can’t see our expenses and how much we have in our account, how can we manage our lives?
Worst bank app ever
Constantly crashes. Purchased post immediately and then will be removed and disappear in an hour or day- then magically reappear. You can’t trust the balances in the app and have to keep separate records in order to not be charged. Very sus.
App is not reliable
App closes as soon as I log in. It’s glitching. I have to log in 3-4 sometime 5 times for it to let me access my account.
Multiple log ins back to back.
Mobile app is good… does what it’s supposed to and easy to use. Only issue I have that is annoying is that I have to log in multiple times back to back because it opens and closes as soon as I log in. Might be a simple bug fix but nonetheless it’s annoying.

EECU charges a fee for everything! I’m so disappointed.

Face ID Glitch
When I log in using Face ID, it takes anywhere from 3-5 times before the app opens without automatically closing again. I’ve turned my phone off and back on thinking that may be the problem, it isn’t. It would be nice if that could be fixed.
Constant crashing
App crashes almost every single time I try to open it. I have to be quick enough to hit the transfers button for app to stay open. Super annoying and was not my experience when I first got the app.
Constantly buggin’ out!
Frequent experiences where I cannot log into the app to send money or check my account information/ balance. It knocks me out before I can view my bank information.
