Terrible service!
Some years ago, i could use chat to arrange a call with my preferred doctor, and it was working good. Now this option is not available anymore - two last times, i had been auto-assigned to a terrible doctor, AJM. He prolongs the conversation as much as possible (they charge per minute), asks about everything but my symptoms (he even asked me to describe how I use my vacuum cleaner!). Had two sessions, each of them 30-60 minutes long, and both times diagnosis was false and treatment was not helpful. i’m very disappointed as eedoctors staff had been helpful in the past, but now they just everything to charge max fee and provide no useful advice/ diagnostics.

At least the app should provide a selection of the doctors where the user can choose from to avoid any bad one or at least some type of doctor reviews, if I’m ended with a bad one here, I have no way to get a new doctor and the app is basically useless to me.
Charged twice
A week ago I had a teleconsultation and my credit card was charged twice (68€ x 2). I wrote to customer support 7 days ago and there is no answer!!!
Kein Verbindungsaufbau möglich
Gute Idee funktioniert nur leider nicht. Nach mehrfachem Versuch eines Verbindungsaufbau leider wieder gelöscht. 0 Sterne würden auch ausreichen, da 0 Service
Awful App
The app doesn’t work and the doctors claim to not be able to hear you (and I’m sure you’re still getting charged during that time). Also they only prescribe drugs and can’t do any other referrals like for chiro or massage, but this was not indicated anywhere. No transparency!

Hab die App sofort wieder gelöscht als ich gesehen habe, dass ich ohne Kreditkarte nicht chatten kann😡
