反応が悪すぎてレッスンにならない。

何の処理をしてるのか分からないけどテキストの問題を見てるだけでみるみるバッテリーが減って本体がめちゃ熱になる。そしてテキストしかないような問題を開くだけで裏でやたら何かの通信をしててなかなか開かないわギガ爆食いするわ遅いわ熱いわ。10年前のアプリですかと問い詰めたい。

花了几万块钱报名，想要好好学习英语，结果用手机上他们的App课程，每次都是三分钟热度，因为使用App 3分钟手机发热到烫手不能抓，我换个手机再换个pad都解决不了的烫手问题。关键是几万块钱的学费白掏了。

Very nice functionality, but my device iPhone 17 becomes very hot after a few minutes of use.

Worst learning programme ever
If your company gives you this for learning just say thanks and sign up a course yourself. Even watching youtube tutorials will get you a better place then this one
Poor performance
Since this application is in fact a web wrapper, it has serious performance issues when used. Drains battery too fast, your phone gets hot very quickly and noticeable lagging can be seen when recording voice responses.

Ich finde Euch nach wie vor super, jedoch steckt bitte mal Energie in die Verbesserung der App. Auf dem iPad ist sie sehr unhandlich zu bedienen.

The app is working but
App would be good, currently iPhone14 iOS 18, but after 5min session the phone burn like hell. It’s the only app I have giving that problem. Link to EF app support here in the AppStore doesn’t work

お金を払っているのにスマホアプリからはグループレッスンに正常に入室できない。 入室しようとすると入室していますという画面で無限に待たされる。
他の方も書かれているが、パソコンのブラウザからしか使えない。何のためのアプリなのか。

Atualização péssima
Sinceramente, eu gostava desse aplicativo, apesar de ser muito travado, aprendi muita coisa nela, ele era bem organizado as atividades eram divertidas e nada repetitivas. Entretanto a nova atualização estragou todo o aplicativo, ele já não era tão bom, agora ele é péssimo, principalmente após o adicionamento de testes para robôs, eu até entendo fazerem isso, mas o teste é todo travado, muitos dos meu amigos não conseguiram mais acessa o aplicativo por conta dos testes. E também mudaram TODO o método de ensino, entupiram IA em tudo, as lições ficaram muito grandes, monótonas e desnecessárias. É muito chato aprender com IA, os vídeos antigos eram melhores. É muito triste isso, eu realmente gostava do aplicativo.

Ontem eu fiz o teste final e não apareceu o certificado meu lá, parabéns pra equipe de vcs depois que eu terminar esse curso vou ter que ir pro psicólogo de tanta raiva que eu to passando aqui na plataforma meus pais acham que eu to ficando doido de tanto gritar pra vê se vcs entendem o que eu falo em inglês
