Worked day 1. Errored our day 2. Glad I printed my schedule

Another example of why one should never rely solely on apps. Day 1 of the conference this was a neat tool. Day 2 this expected error code popped up and wouldn’t resolve itself. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Even did a phone restart. I googled the lengthy error and all that came up was programming sites. A couple other folks with iPhones said that they got the same error. My android friend says his works fine.

Needs help

This app is really buggy and has some major user experience problems. The sign-up process is clunky (and if you do it from a mobile device it keeps trying to get you to download the app instead of letting you create a password). Also there are random buttons - like a share button that when you press it says “database submitted” with no explanation of what database it’s talking about or what was submitted to whom. I could go on with many other examples. Basically, you should just ask someone where the next session of your conference is instead of trying to use this app.
