Annual Service Canceled Without Notice
I paid in advance for an annual eFax subscription, but the company later closed my account without giving me proper advance notice. As a result, I lost access to the service and to important documents stored in the account.
The explanation I received was that the account was closed because I disputed separate charges through my credit card company. Regardless of the reason, canceling a fully prepaid annual service without warning and blocking access to stored documents is unacceptable.
The company also claimed that a prorated refund was being processed, but I was not properly informed and no refund was actually received. Customer service did not resolve the issue.
I would not recommend relying on this service for important business documents.

Sent a fax, and had some issues. Reached out to customer support, they confirmed delivery and ensured my issues were taken care of. I had frustrations initially, never having used an e-fax service before but eFax is definitely my choice moving forward!

Sent a fax, the first one failed tried again and didn’t even receive a confirmation. So who knows where my information is at this point.
SCAM
Customer service can not assist with personal or business accounts. Plus cancellation is unavailable under billing as they instructed. It’s a scam to charge your card

Issues viewing faxes
I am receiving the fax but unfortunately I can’t open the faxes. I contacted customer service previously. The app is not functioning like it should.
Waste of money
I would give zero stars if app would allow it. I needed to send a one page fax and after multiple attempts, it would not send and never gave a reason why it would not send. Ridiculous! Wasted money!

Shady billing!
Do not sign up for this junk! They have a shady billing system in which they even try to make you sign up for another e-fax type service instead of taking you to a cancellation page that you attempt to click on but won’t be successful. Once “canceled” don’t think you are out of the woods yet, nope because you WILL BE BILLED until the “billing cycle ends.” Good luck! Hope that helps!

Hopelessly flawed
Unable to attatch any documents to a fax. Not worth any time at all. Too bad, desktop app is pretty good. Ive had an an account for years.
