Zero communication

I reached out to this company December 12 to have an app submitted they said everything looked “perfect” and should take 7-14 days. 3 weeks go by no phone or text response from their “service” team so I suggest maybe I should use another company? They immediately reply and say we are just waiting a few more days cause of the holiday. 2 more weeks of zero replies from the “service” team. Just to get a text that says “apple didn’t approve it” well thats what you guys are for. Less the 12 hours later another company already has it just about ready to go. You can also submit to apple on your own for a 100 dollar yearly fee instead of paying their monthly service fee.. would def stay away here
