EFS Misr is a public-facing mobile application designed for residents of managed communities and compounds to easily submit maintenance requests, report issues, and file complaints. Through the app, residents can create service requests, provide detailed information, attach supporting documents or photos, and send them directly to the facility management team for review and action. Facility management teams review submitted requests, communicate with residents when additional information is required, and work to resolve reported issues efficiently. Residents can track the progress and status of their requests and complaints in real time until they are resolved.
