Freezes

I have selected a hotel and it just freezes. This was reported a year ago so I am not sure if it is ongoing or a temporary blip. Please can the team advise.

Doesn’t Work

App doesn’t work. The hotel cuts corners in soundproofing and other areas of quality too. It’s pretty evident across their whole brand in a variety of ways
