Push notifications not working. Tech support non existent
Have tried many times to get tech support to repair push notifications, it will not stay in ON position. The on position use to notify when there was movement recorded by cameras. No call backs from tech support and when they do the one and only technician has no idea what he is doing and admits to it.

This update fixed the issue of having to set time on each camera separately for recordings! Thank you. Hoping that you will now fix scrolling on camera views where you have to scroll back instead of repeating cycle when going forward
Does not connect to system, stays on connecting. Ddns does not work
I would not purchase everfocus camera system unless you plan to spend hours of useless help with their tech support and package it back up for the trash. It does not work for remote viewing with ip6 or ddns
Bad Apple
I don’t think a lot of time and effort was input into this app. I have entered my data correctly and it will not connect. Developers: Take a look at what Ring is doing withe their apps and learn a thing or two.
Crashes
Does not stay open. The minute you open the app I see the page like it is going to start and then minimizes and won’t do anything will work on my phone only when connected to WiFi but never when using cell data. Need this to work....
