Scam
Bought an unlimited data plan for around 40k won, used 2gb and then got a message saying I no longer could use data. Poor customer service that failed to reply and didn’t help whatsoever.

Where to begin...
Other than constantly being told to update, constantly having to key in the phone number (why not let it save if you check an option?), the BIGGEST failure in the development of the app is how related to using it when you run out of data!
You have to hunt around for a wifi connection that doesnt use Olleh to recharge. They dont even have their own recharge portal whitelisted with Olleh so there's no way to recharge unless you are connected to the web somehow.
Secondly, you MUST cancel an existing "subscription" to recharge the data. You cant just have it auto-top up from existing voice balance in your phone. Of course when you cancel you no longer have data service so need wifi to recharge.
Very simple problems to resolve with Olleh, but poorly designed into the service.
Once you figure out how to use it its quite effective with low data usage in making requests through the app rather than a website.

Very frustrating
Downloaded the app to recharge my data as the website suggested. However, it keeps asking me to check my phone number when I key it in to recharge. I checked it countless times and it is correct. It's frustrating when you're in a foreign land in need for data.
crashes all the time
the app used to crash all the time, and every time when I launch the app, it will ask to update, but there is no update? and now, the app won't even launch, all I get is a black screen. please fix this.
Updating Bug
It keeps asking the user to update the app and directs to the apple store even though its already the latest version. Quite annoying as it happens each time I start the app.

This app and the company useless
I am a tourist and bought 3 sim cards here in seoul in 10 days. Each for 55000 won all of them works for internet just for few hours then the balance run out. I tried all the solutions and filled up the formes and attached my passport copy to activate the sim. Tried this app as well and it says your application under process now for 2 days but in their website indicating it takes less than 30 minutes. Why they keep fooling people and steeling their money. Btw EG is the only company that you can get from the a prepaid sim card. And no one can help us on this no one know he to recharge the sim with money as well i went to 7 different shops also the outlet who sell them they just sell them and have no clue on how to recharge it. Unbelievable are we living in jungle 2015 thats not a good impression for tourism here . Officials must do something regarding this issue !
