Don’t like the changes
This app, once a fantastic digital newsstand that enabled subscribers to access Tanzanian newspapers from across the globe, has regrettably declined to its current state. It’s a shame to see such a promising platform reduced to such a sorry state.

Disappointing
This app was a perfect way to view the Citizen daily until it stopped working! I pay an annual subscription and certainly don’t get the benefit. There is mostly a “network error” which prevents me from being able to view the daily paper or it doesn’t recognise my subscription and I have to resubscribe (thankfully Apple doesn’t take my subscription payment every time). What is worse is that when I call the customer service for the app I’m told that I shouldn’t subscribe through Apple. I do this because it’s guaranteed to be secure. Hopefully this can be sorted but I won’t hold my breath!

Lack of “Trail period”
To boost subscribers confidence....Trial period will be an advantage to you. For me, I do hesitate to pay in advance without knowing what to expect! Otherwise...Great job👍
