Good for what it was made for!
It's good for what it was made for; a Chinese pinyin keyboard. The only useful features I find about it is the ǘ，ǚ，and ǜ. I can't find those characters on any other keyboards unless I google them for copy & paste. Besides that, I don't think that it's very useful for anything else, unless have a keyboard without any accent marks.
