I have seen many automation but none was this user friendly and top notch and the after sales support is top notch actually there were not many issues at all even in very minor issues they respond immediately and sort it in a very transparent manner, My installation engineer was Mr.Hussain who did an amazing job in teaching us what is required and what is not and recently I had a issue with one device which Mr. Vinay from customer support responded and did an amazing job with a follow up … thank you… Worth all the money I spent ….👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Tooooooo many Updates, it’s honestly irritating. There’s no use of having an app because we can’t use the app for its purpose if we constantly have to update it everyday. Please have something streamlined for this.

Been using this eGlu device for more than 5 yrs now. Very good peace of mind after installing this device. Even recently used their help to configure the hub after we changed our router… they were very prompt in their response and guided me through the steps. Am a happy user. Thanks eGlu.

I am using eGlu security system. I am using this device since a month. It’s very good. Didn’t face any issues. Even the app is easy for programming.

Reliable and dependable home automation system
It’s now more than a year that am using their Home Automation system. Never had any issues so far. Their hardware and software both seem completely dependable. Most importantly, their support team based in Bangalore is simply fantastic. Any issues, minor or major, I just reach out to them on phone and they ensure resolution almost immediately. Too many bugs in latest version
The search has stopped working and everytime you want operate the app need to first close it completely and then restart. Earlier app versions had no issues.
