Add passport
Tried to scan my passport but it always shows a wrong date of birth. Any idea how to fix it.

كل ما بفتح الابليكشن بيخرج منه مبيفتحش في مشكله فيه
250 جنيه وفي الاخر لايوجد به نسخة لتحميلها تقبلها السعودية
فرحت بمصر الرقمية ..حملت التطبيق ..دفعت 100 ..سافرت السعودية جيت اسجل الجواز طلب دفع تاني 150 دفعت وفي الاخر لا يعتد به ..وعشان انقل بياناته لوزارة الصحة السعودية محتاج نسخة بي دي اف QR ..طبعا مش موجودة في التطبيق ..راسلت الوزارة بالواتس المعتمد من التطبيق ولا حياة لمن تنادي ..كررت المراسلة ونفس الكلام ..فين التطور اللي بتتكلموا عليه ..نسخة بي دي اف من الشهاده اللي بتتعمل في مصر ب 100 ودفعت 250 ..هاضطر اقدم شكوي لمجلس الوزراء ووزارة الخارجيه ..لان السكوت معناها محلك سر

App Crashed
App didn’t work and I can’t log in please fix it quickly.

The app suddenly stopped working since yesterday, it gives me a message saying no connection to the internet which is nit the case because I am connected and the app is supposed to work when you are offline as well, I really don’t get this did I pay to get a non working app or what????

Worked fine but payment for id then for passport
Im impressed with how the app works but you shouldnt pay for the ID then for your passport.
App latest updates broke it while I was checking in
App stopped logging in and I couldn’t use it while I was checking in the airport , I had a screen shot on the phone and I used it , all also doesn’t support apple wallet. Better to keep screen shots with QR codes just in case the app didn’t work like what happened with me , it’s a good thing I had a screen shot other wise they wouldn’t have let me checked in while traveling back to egypt 😫

Good app but my third dose is not added ( the booster dose) although i received it 6/12
The QR doesn’t work with iPhone 13
It’s not working when I push the QR code button and closes the app! However it’s working well with other earlier iPhones ..
Not for free !!! It is health app
It is not free app it ask you for 100 eg pound after downloading as fees for using the app this is ridiculous it is a COVID 19 Health app for GOD sake it should be free of charge

لما بعمل مشاركة البيانات بيقفل لوحده.. والوزير قال هيرجع الميت جنيه للي دفع تحقيقا لمبدأ المساواه، وماخادتش فلوسي حتى اللحظة..
This app stopped working
Says data entered or Cocav system is incorrect. I spent 400 le on this app in addition to the 400 le I already spent to get the original QR code. I’m outside Egypt now and really need the app to work and it is not. This is unacceptable.
Wrong date of birth
This app needs a quick fix. When you scan the passport the birth date is wrong by day less. For example if the DOB is 02/02/2000 it reads 01/02/2000.
