Stupid wifi
Can’t connect to vr googles wifi doesn’t show up so I can’t even use the drone that I bought like honestly f ofd
Having map download problems
Received as a gift. Can not get the maps to download while connected to drone because I don't have internet access. Need to have a work around for this problem. I can not fly the drone at all without the update
Map is extremely slow

After upgrading, the map loading is much slower than before.
Map is not available when view the record (satellite maps available before in records)
I was wondering if you just changed to map service?
BTW I was located in USA when observing such problems . Res wanted to go back to the previous version if possible . I did not see any bugs of map there

Worst investment ever
Just purchased the ghost drone. I downloaded the app tried to connect vr goggles to WiFi and I get error message saying no internet connection. Contacted EHANG and they told me they are working on a software update and I will just have to sit and wait until the update comes out. What a crock. So every time my phone does a update I’m going to have to wait on EHANG to fix there software. I’m returning this drone ASAP.

Update app to work with the new iPhone update 13.3 firmware. Connection issue .

Good app but should be better
I loved the start up tutorial and the app calls out what you’re doing or what you need to do but it needs to have some way to preload or download maps and satellite images while you on a Wi-Fi network for use when you get in the field. Only just did the 3 flights with the ghostdrone VR2. It feels like a solid drone but battery life seems short in low or no wind.

Doesn’t work for me!
Bought the GHOSTDrone 2.0, yesterday. Have been trying to get set up for two days, with ZERO success! As has a previous reviewer, I can’t get the Take off and return to work without being able to download maps and need an internet connection to do that. Since I’m connected to the drone! I can’t connect to two networks (drone & internet) at the same time. Also, if having a router to connect to the drone is mandatory band and I’m using an iPad or iPod (non-cellular version), how am I supposed to fly this thing in a field away from my router??? I’m certainly not going to buy an iPhone just to fly a freakin drone!

I recently bought a ghost drone 2.0. I then opened the app when it asked for my email for the vairificatoin code it would not send. I then tried using three different emails none of which worked. Frustrated I went for help on your website but could not set up an account because your website would not accept my email. I tried contacting you via calling but could only find a number to your Chinese office, and I don’t know Mandarin please share a phone number with me or update the app and alert me of this in the about part of the update. If this dose not happen soon I am just going to sell the drone and get a dji mavic air. But I do like your drones and your company just your support and software needs work.

Better if it supported Aerial as well as VR
The Ehang Ghostdrone 2.0 app DOES NOT RECOGNIZE OR SUPPORTTHE AERIAL MDEL. The app for Ghost Drone 1.0 supported the 1.0 Aerial, so why not this version? It seems Ehang is throwing the GD2 Aerial owners “under the bus”.

This is a good drone and the best thing is if you crash it ehang will replace it for free now how can you go wrong with that sort of warranty

易拍模式没有教程，首次使用，飞机旋着飞出去，撞到墙上，严重变形，更新的app，教程没有更新，也没有任何提示。太渣的体验了！
