Be careful, they are very sneaky with their payment options. They will lock you into a long contract that you cant cancel. Dont recommend
Price point is too high
It’s a shame to go through the whole process of setting up your account, personality test, etc, only to find out you have to pay as much as they charge. Especially when you’re competing with other apps. At the very bare minimum, there should be a free version or significantly lower cost version to include messaging. Otherwise it’s a waste of time. Charging the rate they do and for a commitment of time too is just not worth it. Again, disappointing because I think the personality matching is valuable. Just not that valuable

Worst dating site/app known to man
If you reading this, you’ve considered downloading eharmony. This is your first mistake. Not only is the initial investment humongous, but it’s non-refundable. Whatever you do, you’re stuck with.
As an average human being, I’ve been on this site for 2 months and smiled/sent messages to nearly 100 women. Not. One. Response. All inactive accounts.

No matches, fake profiles. disappointed
Most websites says this app is one of the best, but I felt to totally worthless. Before I purchase premium, there were enough switches, but blurred pictures. After I purchased, I could count how many were, and most of em were fake. Some has, AI generated pictures also. I just canceled the membership, and I wanted to delete the profile, contacted customer service couple of times, but still my profile was there. I wonder how it became the best.

Rubbish app and even cannot delete the account
SCAM!!
Do not use!! I used them for a month, they charged me $70, and not they want another $250 for a service I’m never going to use… DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!

No visitors , even choosing all states. Support will said adjust settings when there is nothing else to adjust. This is wrong! And they don’t care. Requested refund multiple times they said no and didn’t fix the problem either.

The site is difficult to navigate and is nothing as advertised, but you have to pay to find that out, such a scam. The customer service I received was less than stellar and never addressed my concerns, just scripted answers with little value on the customer. Don’t waste your time or money on this site, there’s plenty of other options that are more trustworthy, transparent, honest, and care about their customers.

I cannot advise strongly enough against using eharmony. They are a predatory company that forces you to use contracts with auto renewal. Even after turning off auto renewal they will magically renew it and refuse to cancel your membership and any future payments.
All this ignores the fact that I personally strongly disliked their app, and was constantly have to determine if profiles were fake/scams.

Not worth it
The platform is set up to have 75%+ dead profiles. Basic pricing is outrageous, so people set up free profiles and then abandon them when they see the pricing. Save your money and stay away.

How do you delete your profile. Having someone go through sign up then find out you can’t even see photos is BS.
Trap
Not much to say other than very limited choice and they trap you into a six month contract as there is no option for one month to try.
You can’t use for free
Don’t waste your time setting up a profile, you can’t see anyone’s photos without paying for a membership. There isn’t a free version of this app.
Binding Contract for Subscriptions
Not enough people use this app in my area. They have a binding contract for a 3-Month “subscription” if you cancel your card they can send your debt to collections and hurt your credit. You really can’t do anything on here without a 3-month subscription. Even if you cancel your subscription shortly after buying it’ll still force you to pay the other months you initially agreed on. There are plenty of other dating websites without these stupid terms

I don’t recommend eHarmony. In my experience, it was a complete waste of money.
The platform has countless settings to personalize your search, but if you’re not getting any profile visitors, customer support simply tells you to change your preferences. That defeats the whole purpose of having detailed search filters in the first place.
I even expanded my search to all 50 states and still received almost no activity. Despite that, they offered no real solution and refused to issue a refund.
Based on my experience, the service is overpriced, ineffective, and their refund policy leaves customers with no recourse. I would not recommend paying for a subscription.

Total Scam
This app charges an outrageous amount for services that are essentially the same as those offered by other dating apps. The compatibility test isn't nearly as revolutionary or unique as it's made out to be. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. Overall, it's not worth the money.
Not worth the cost
The financial commitment required of this app is a gimmick. They don’t give you the option to see people that have liked you unless you pay for a subscription. I signed up for one thinking this would be a nice change of pace from other dating apps. In the months I’ve used this app I have found no one I would like to connect with on here. And then of course I’m stuck paying the rest of the subscription. I do not recommend using this app unless you want zero dates and paying $100+ dollars for the experience. Cannot wait for the subscription to be done with.
