The program seems complete even though I do not know how they came up with categories and ratings. Two things are a concern. In Georgia there is no separation, it’s called a postnuptial but essentially it is the same and includes terms like a separation but much more detailed. Secondly, when you compare two people and it states why in three categories, your suggestion re what to write the other person about, seems canned rather than special.

Unsafe and outdated profiles
Probably the worst experience I have had. Lots of catfishers, scammers, etc. old profiles that do not get deleted. I don’t know why they don’t just make it you must be verified for all users to have a safe experience. It didn’t take long before all the fake profiles started to make their moves. I do not recommend

What in the Trad Wife?!
So, so bad. From the personality profile to the potential matches, just yikes. Wish I had not paid for this - such a waste of money and time.
Had high hopes but let down
I understand that the app is about seeing who people are without photos but sometimes I like to actually see the photos. Also, I don’t like how I am limited on the app. For example, I cannot message guys or change my precise location. I keep getting guys that are too far away, I want someone closer to me. Also, I lost the chance to talk to a guy and he terminated contact all because I couldn’t message him. I shouldn’t have to pay for the two things. If this can changed, I’d consider getting the app again but right now I’m off it.

Same dating scene different name
This site is horrible, all about upselling you and showing you outdated profiles. Those that do show interest are scammers that the site doesn’t catch right off with their phone number listed in the messages. Did a three month try and what a waste of time! Save your money and go to church or have a friend intro you to someone.

Don’t waste your time
I have used several dating apps and have paid for many subscriptions and this app is the worst I’ve ever seen. Buyer beware….don’t waste your time or money.

Putting aside the fact that their marketing says they have millions of subscribers of which after removing all filter searches found less then 10 active accounts.
Predatory subscription practices, at every turn this company pushes you to sign up for premium for the best experience. (You can’t see any potential users pictures without paying for a subscription)
I signed up for it and immediately regretted wasting my money, literally within the hour emailed customer service where I got a generic T&C response that in short said “nope you signed up for 3 months of premium were charging you for it whether you like it or not” No option to avoid paying in full for 3 months
Evil geniuses at this company, I almost respect the hustle, they even redirect you to their website for any of their subscriptions to avoid Apples cut but also to avoid your ability to cancel the subscription before your next months bill.

Corrupting Aussies
There was a recent Story on ABC NewsRadio saying how EHarmony is under fire for scamming Aussie customers. It’d be interesting to see if they come out with a response and apologise to customers via email.

No actual free account. Super expensive for not much offered. Eharmony was great a long time ago but now they are just money-hungry and it shows. They have lost their way. Could be great if they had more reasonable rates. I would gladly pay but not what they are asking for. Try Hinge instead. Their paid options are better.

The Most Scams
I have been on several dating apps for a while now and without a doubt eharmony has the largest amount of scammers I have seen. In the 13 months my account has been setup I have received 49 emails from Eharmony advising me to stop any interactions with potential scammers with accounts they have banned. Let’s not get started on requiring a paid subscription to see photos of someone.

Verifying me
I spent so much time putting together information and questions about myself and they couldn’t even confirm my identity when I continually put pictures of me and live videos of my face and my id card. 🤦🏽♀️
That was fast.
It worked quick for me. I signed up and with in a week. I met someone who is amazing. I am so glad I tried it. Nervous at first. Because of cat fishing. But they make you go through a face recognition to make sure that the pictures are you and are you recent. Not pictures from when you were in high school or college. Like 20 years ago.

Don’t ever get this app
For the love of God or whatever you believe, DO NOT GET THIS APP! I made the mistake of getting this app. You can see anybody unless you buy their “subscription” which is not a subscription is more of like a scam. All profiles look lien they are fake. 5 minutes after “subscribing” I canceled it but NO you can’t cancel because you signed a contract for 3 months. They will send you to collections. Get bumble or tinder at least they let you cancel easily. For the last time! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

Don’t do it!
These guys may have been one of the originals, but they have not kept up with their competition. 80% of people they have me match with live over 150 miles away when my max 15 miles. They have to really grab at straws here to keep matching you up. What a waste of time. The biggest waste of money as far as dating app go -this is the most expensive and the least effective don’t do it

Photos
I went to go add some photos which weren’t bad. They were just selfies of me, I wasn’t doing anything besides those and none of my photos got approved when nothing is wrong with them.
Can not cancel
I will be charged for a membership fee of almost $60.00 of which I can’t do and they still charge me from a person who is on a fixed income I find that unfair and will report that to the AG
