Hassle changing timesheet
The app is great to use overall except for when you have to change your timesheet (i.e., the company asked you to extend or they send you home earlier or you had no meal break). It always says “invalid time entered” so I had to call the team like ALL THE TIME. It takes ages either they manually modify your electronic timesheet or you had to do the paper timesheet. But apart from that, the app is really great and easy to use!

App
This app is the most easiest work app I’ve come across. Super easy to use when shifts are allocated and to accept shifts. I’d only wish that they’d make an option to decline shifts if we’re not interested in picking it up, as it makes it easier on us, because sometimes we call the office and no one answers. Having an option to accept is awesome, but I reckon there should be a decline button too as it’s easier on everyone.

Editing timesheets
This app is better than the app a different company used, but I don’t understand why you cannot edit the timesheet if you accidentally back out of the ROC and then have to deal with the hassle of sending notes through to other staff or manually do a timesheet which is a hassle in itself just because the app will not allow you to edit the timesheet before submitting it.

Notifications
Not being alerted when shifts became available. Have uninstalled app multiple times. Logged out of app multiple times. Turned airplane mode on multiple times. Still not receiving any notifications. Only when I open the app can I see there is a shift available. Have check all other apps and settings are all the same. Missing out in shifts !

Notification problem
The app is great and I love using it, but the notifications don't appear. Every time a shift becomes available, I don't get a notification. I have to open the app and check constantly if a shift is available. If this issue could be resolved, it would be perfect.
