1: You can not complete registration within the app. You need to go to one of their designated medical center to show your HKID in person. What!?
2: Extremely long and confusing UI design, very user unfriendly.
3: Confusing mess from start to finish, after struggling with the app for 30 minutes only to find out you can’t finish the registration.
4: This is as bad as the “I AM Smart” app by the HK gov.
