Not connecting
I’ve been using the app since 2020 and after moving they aren’t connecting to my lights anymore ☹️☹️ but it’s a good app!

The app is good, the lights work fine… when they stick. These freaking led lights are HORRIBLE. They don’t stick

Do not buy this unless you want a USLESS music future with low quality music options. Also the lights barley have any good features please avoid this at ALL TIMES. I would 100% rate this a 0 if I could..

Editing light connections
The app randomly connects lights I’ve never had. You cannot remove connections it has made. It always disconnects the light I have and connects others I don’t have even when I had just connected my light and disconnected the others.
the app could use a update
i’ve had the app disconnect and have a hard time reconnecting a couple times and wish the lights could be darker and i heard on newer phones it’s harder to change the settings
They aren’t perfect
The lights overall are good I just don’t like how the app is set up.i love that I can control every body’s lights(me and my siblings all have to same lights) but at the same time it can be annoying bc sometimes they forget which ones are their lights so they don’t click off of the other peoples lights and it changes everyone’s.and when you go to get back on the app to fix your lights it will sometimes kick you off the app and you can’t control anyone’s light and it won’t do anything

Mic/Music feature
I’ve seen all the reviews for this and it usually has a review for the app quality which is not great, the leds don’t look anything like what they look like on the box, it only has 15 leds per meter, and that’s not a lot, if your looking for a better ambiance, get one that has 30 or 60 per meter, it looks a lot better, these were way to far apart for me and I didn’t like how they looked.

i’ve had these lights for probably 5 years, last month i went on vacation for 3 weeks and i LEFT THEM ON. i leave them on all night when i sleep, im convinced they’re immortal, they never overheat. the box also came with two long lines of LED and i’ve only been using one and it lights the room perfectly.

Lights stopped working suddenly
I was trying to turn on my lights with my app and sometimes it takes a few presses on the button to turn them on but. I have done it so many times and the will not turn on AT ALL. I just put these up about a month ago so there is no reason for them to stop working I have tried everything from unplugging the lights to deleting the whole app. This is very upsetting because it took my hours to put these lights up absolutely unacceptable.

I have lights ran all around my bar. They stopped working, I need a new power supply. Can you please help me?

I bought so when i put on you tube or cm I could see lights go to beat. Nope doesn’t work that way, you have to d load music. No use for me.

Nothing really crazy. It’s what’s you need.
Its just a app to control normal Led Light Strips, not crazy cool advanced strips with so much features and abilities/functions, just a normal good app that lets you control them. I use the Timer one that turns the lights on at the last color and brightens your turned them off at, keep mine at White and max brightness. I’m all, it’s an app to work for these lights and they do exactly that, never ever found the app to be glitchy or not working so that’s all I really need not to happen. :)

Broken
There is nothing I can do to make this device or app work. It won’t connect to Bluetooth and the remote for the LED lights it comes with only works for about a minute or less then it locks up and does nothing. The App will not connect, although it does briefly see and attempt to connect with the BLEDOM Bluetooth device. I have tried on an newer iOS iPad, and two Android Phones and all have the same issue. I have tried between 10 and 1 foot distance. Reset Bluetooth on the phones etc.
