Hopeless service
I purchased a bundle with false advertising and asked for a refund same time upon realising it was not the product advertised however they refuse to refund as its been handed over to shipping. However it was handed to shipping later in the afternoon and they didn’t escalate this issue on time

This app doesn’t work. I am unable to put anything in my cart so always end up using the internet instead…

I don’t no if it’s just my phone but everytime I open the app it doesn’t take me anywhere to purchase any products just shows a picture of a woman drinking out of a shaker.
