Secure & Streamlined Login Auditors begin by logging in with their credentials to access a personalized dashboard showing all assigned audits and their statuses. From the first step, users are guided through an intuitive, structured workflow. As soon as the Login button is clicked, the app automatically begins syncing master data to ensure the user always works with the latest audit details, checkpoint definitions, and configuration data. This ensures accuracy and offline readiness. View & Manage Assigned Audits Get a clear overview of all assigned projects with essential details such as: - Project Name - Audit Region - Auditee - Status (In-Progress, Submitted, etc.) Simply tap a project to begin auditing. Audit Checkpoints – Fully Guided Flow Select disciplines and explore nested audit areas with their respective checkpoints. Use built-in filters to quickly locate specific checkpoints for faster data entry during large-scale audits. Capture & Upload Photos (Up to 3) Easily take or upload photos as supporting evidence for each checkpoint. Limit enforced to 3 images per checkpoint for optimized data storage and clarity. Save, Submit, Sync – Controlled and Reliable Each checkpoint can be saved independently. Once all are complete, the Submit button is activated. Users must then Sync the data manually to securely transmit the full audit — including photos and comments — to the central server. Generate, Review & Download Reports : Access interim reports immediately after submission. If edits are needed, users can update the data before generating the Final Report. Auditors can also download both the Interim and Final Reports for record keeping and sharing. Additionally, images uploaded during audits can be downloaded for further documentation or offline reference.
