App doesn’t work!

I tried using the search, zoom and other functions on the main screen, it doesn’t do anything at all. Feel like hang all the time, but when i go to other tabs such as profile charging summary it works like a charm.

Accurate information

Excellent app covering multiple charger portals. Most accurate information.

Refunds are not received

Status is showing they have refunded, but in bank it is not showing deposited, its been more than 10 days, they are not sending refunds, more looks like malpractice.

Frustrating login frequncy

EV charging is a frustrating experience because you have you go through multiple apps and fill details each time you want to charge, and eventually it may work if your lucky. MG launched this app to combine many of them into one hub. It then adds a layer of inconvenience. If you are using the app after a while it will force you login again. Why? Why should I keep logging in freeing?

But looks quite useful

Only app needed for ev charging

Really impressed with how MG has brought almost all chargers into one app. The app runs smoothly and the overall experience is great, kudos to the developers for that

Only thing I would love to see is a wallet feature so we don’t have to wait for refunds every time

The most useless app

I went to a charging station by HP, surprisingly the charge station was recognized by ehub app but not by HP official charging app. I paid the money and started the charger but the charging did not start. On the app its say my vehicle is still charging from 12 Days and 14 hours which is an average time to charge a vehicle as per ehub because they thought its completely normal. Now when I am trying to reach out to the customer support the phone number not exist and the what sapp chat only reads the message they send and not by the customer.
So definitely a best and smart app, but just unable to understand how.

Free units suddenly went in negative

Update:
The units have been credited and issue is now resolved. Revised my rating from 1 to 4.
Will give 5 star once real time location tracking is updated on app.

Previous:
I just 30 days ago bought MG windsor and was using this Ehub app for charging outside. Had successfully used around 120 units. But last night suddenly a public charger - Tata charger had shown issues charging and did not charge my vehicle leaving us stranded on road with family. The eHub app suddenly started showing Negative - 2130 units in app. Which did not let me use the app and free units anymore. I request the team to immediately rectify the issue earliest.
Another issue - Also the app does not refresh when we move from one location to another. So we have to reopen wverytime to find the next charger location.

Response from developer

Hi Ketan, we're truly sorry for what you went through. The -2130 units issue was a reconciliation error from the failed Tata charging session, which our team rectified on Sunday — We see that you have been able to successfully charge post this fix and your remaining free charging credits have been reset to the right amount. Your feedback on the map not refreshing in real-time is noted and being prioritised in an upcoming release. Thanks for being an eHub user — we'll keep getting better.

Perfect and wholistic Aggregator app

Have been searching for an aggregator app, but now this perfectly fits the same and is helping to find and start charging sessions. UI and UX is also friendly

A life saver i swear

I never write reviews…but the fact that i can pay with upi is just 🤌🤌 thanks to the ehub team for not making me load a wallet and just have that money collect dust

Refund issue

It has been over 20 days since I requested a refund through eHub by MG, but I still have not received my money. The process was supposed to be simple and quick, yet there has been no resolution or update so far. This delay is disappointing and shows poor customer service, especially after being reassured that refunds would take only 7-10 working days. I hope MG addresses such issues and makes their platform more reliable for users in the future.

Must have app for EV owners

Game-changer app for EV charging; simplifies the entire charging experience and supports multiple languages

Impressed by the charging network

Finally an app which centralises majority of the chargers. No need to download so many different charging apps anymore 👍👍 good work MG

Want to improve

Want to improve more places charging stations

Hats off to MG by introducing this app

This app was really needed for Indian as there no single company providing all the stations in the app, I hope mg also shows the station of their competitors in app to help the EV owners.

App Crashes

The app is not able to load as it is getting crash every time when I am trying to open it.

Update the app with new chargers

Please update the app with Tata Power chargers along with additional chargers as soon as possible. Otherwise the app is so good to use…please add Tata power chargers….!!!!

Type 2 charging stations

The MG EV charging infrastructure has made commendable strides, offering reliable and convenient fast-charging options across major cities, making EV ownership easier for drivers. Their integration of public charging stations and home charging solutions provides flexibility and convenience to users.

However, the limited availability of AC Type 2 chargers, particularly for the MG Comet EV, poses a challenge. Expanding the AC Type 2 charging network could significantly enhance the user experience. With this improvement, the Comet EV has the potential to dominate the market, as its compact design and efficiency make it a standout choice for urban commuters.

Hats off for the thought of bringing all the charging points under one app.
