App failure

Every time I want to use the app it always sends me to the App Store and I have to open it from there.

I love it
Very nice
Am even reluctant to use the new one
You did a grate job
Please add receipts and an automating way of updating the statement and payment with creating a credit note
Otherwise WELL DONE

Lost data

I have been using this app on my phone and iPad for years. Recently the app appeared twice on my phone so I tried to delete one of the cloned apps and it deleted both. I reinstalled and then couldn’t login on phone due to “migration”. I tried on iPad and there’s no home page, settings or any of my businesses or invoices. I have lost everything and can’t get any help from anyway, I need to speak to someone on the phone. Now I don’t know who owes me money what my last invoices were and years and years of invoicing

Very frustrating

This new easy invoice app is ridiculous. I did exactly what it ask. I even bought a month so I didn’t lose any info but I still did. I have completely lost this whole 2023 year. I can see 2018-2021 though. I have emailed them several times and they can’t help me. I have selected using the old app way and the new way, it want transfer my data. I need someone to help me please
