Stupid app tat require OTP thru email
This morning had been trying to request OTP MORE THAN 10times still yet received after 1hour. Totally waste of time for people urgent need to trade ! Pls change the OTP THRU SMS OR WHATSAPP PLS
Inflexible in login
no option to opt out the 2 factors authentication, I sometimes miss the few seconds trading window because of waiting OTP. HLebroking nicer.

Otp
Otp send thru email, but it is always late, many time cannot login due to expired otp. It is suck, especially during critical time. I would consider another apps.
Multi-factor email is unnecessary
I have my id and password, what is the point having multi-factor authentication, especially when the otp is being sent through email instead of other method?
The email is so slow to be received, and I am pretty sure my line and network is all good.
This is a very very bad experience using this, please enhance.

Lo in use email send code
Late receiving code from email, so have to wait to log in to einvest . This system is totaly absurd and shld login directly with face id or any other method

Problem with FaceID
FaceID occasionally not working and have to reinstall the app.
Visibility of the Total Market Value
Should improve on the visibility of the Total Market Value under Portfolio. Let user have the choice (a button to click) to hide or to show the Total Market Value in their Portfolio page.

Please ASAP make and ipad version for this app because its really convenient to trade on ipad
Cannot login
Bad apps can’t even login with nonsense message prompt! Fix it!
Victim of this platform
Be careful using this trading platform, it can turn your stop limit order to market order immediately. A lot of clients unaware of this tricky order by them.

Noticeable High Heat While Using the App
Whenever launch the app on my IPhone (iPhone 11 Pro Max), the device will start to be hot to be held on hand.
Although the app does occasionally clashed, I only require to relaunch the app whenever it clashed.
The main discourage in refraining me to use the app, mainly is worrying my iPhone will be damaged with poor battery life from the high heat developed from using the app.

Not IPAD version
Why don’t have iPad version. This very inconvenient since I’m using iPad to work most of the times. Hope can release iPad version asap. Thanks

Why yield section is empty?
Good user experience. Room for improvement
Really surprised and impressed with the UI of this new app. Has a lot of potential to be a strong USP for Affin to attract more customers especially with their new eInvest Go account.
Pros:
- Clear arrangement and detail of stock infos with green and red indicators for gainers and losers respectively
- Like the matrix card arrangement
- Filtering option has clear breakdown.
- Clear information such as graphs w technical indicator, stats, market depth, news etc
To be improved:
- Moving to previous screen requires clicking the left arrow on top left which is quite annoying for iPhone users. Would be great if the slide right can be used to go “back” instead
- For card deck style, u need to pull and let go to ho to next page which is very annoying. Would be great if they could implement a continuous scroll like the row display.
- Filtering for “All stocks” - would be great to have sector filtering for this so can see both Main and Ace market stocks together.
- Cant see the news prior to 15 Oct. would be great if they could integrate it

Good ! Now is a lot a lot better than old uncle app.
Easily and smooth to slide.
But still not perfect. No Geniechart like UOB (support&resistant). Anyway better than last time.
Compare to Mplus,can’t change the background to black. And Mplus favorites/watchlist is in better shape, Slide better than click. And more info in the counter eg. Financial info also not available.
Chart only has candle stick,can’t change to graph. Then the news also sometime can’t appear.
But BEST I like in eInvest is the face login. And also portfolio. THE PORTFOLIO kept the record in our account. Easily can recall to see our performance!
