EKE Events Organizer is a complete on-site operations app for event organizers. Check in attendees, distribute merchandise, and register walk-ins — all from your iPhone and iPad. KEY FEATURES • QR check-in: Scan QR codes on tickets for instant check-in with haptic and sound feedback (success, duplicate, invalid, wrong event, cancelled ticket). • Manual check-in: Enter a ticket code when a QR code cannot be scanned. • Swag distribution: Scan a ticket QR to see available merchandise for each attendee. Mark items as claimed and track inventory in real time — supports both limited and unlimited stock. • Walk-in registration: Register attendees on-site with a quick form (name, email, phone, company, and custom fields). Optionally auto-check-in upon registration. A unique ticket code is generated instantly. • Live statistics: Track check-in counts and check-in rate in real time, view the most recent check-ins. • Event list: Browse all your events, filter by status (upcoming, ongoing, past, cancelled), search, and pull to refresh. • Attendee management: Look up guests by name, email, or ticket code; filter by checked-in and not-yet-arrived. SECURITY • Sign in with an EKE Events account, Google, or a Passkey. • Two-factor authentication (MFA) via TOTP, Email OTP, and recovery codes. • Quick unlock with Face ID to protect your session.
