Notifications not working, app breaks when i try to pay with a card issued abroad and not in Kosovo, things get messy when i register two or more consumer ID’s.
Needs a lot more updates to works smooth.
Price per kW is getting expensive so they better not go with budget developers

Aplikacioni nuk te lejon te kyqesh pasi qe vendos email dhe password te detyron te presesh per sms code per login dhe sms nuk vjen kurre
Can’t register
Unable to enter the data and register. No help/info buttons. How is possible that this huge company relies on the useless application (I live abroad, so I can’t pay my bill). I guess no money for KesCo until I go there…

Ky aplikacion ka probleme serioze me funksionimin. Kur tentoj të hyj, kodi i verifikimit nuk më vjen fare në telefon dhe për këtë arsye nuk mund ta përdor aplikacionin. Kam provuar disa herë dhe e njëjta gjë ndodh gjithmonë.
Kam kontaktuar për ndihmë, por fatkeqësisht duket se nuk ju intereson ta zgjidhin problemin. Shumë e papranueshme për një shërbim që pritet të jetë i besueshëm. Shpresoj ta marrin seriozisht dhe ta rregullojnë sa më shpejt, përndryshe nuk ka asnjë vlerë ta mbash këtë aplikacion.
