The system will not update automatically and I have emailed several times without a response! Terrible service.
Worryingly bad design for a tech security company
Time-consuming, frustrating, unintuitive. Just a really difficult job to set this thing up when it should be simple. Its such poor design, most of the time the system doesn’t work. Each time I’ve added a new person (so they can get in through the front door) its taken 30-40 mins, because the app is designed liked a maze, lots of dead ends things that don’t work, takes ages for account set-up emails to go through, half the time they don’t even get sent.
The hardware is fine, but it’s useless without the software, and the software is abominable. Regret spending so much on this fingerprint scanner purely because the app and customer service is so, so poor.
Would not recommend, save yourself the headache, opt for another company.

App just keeps failing
Had this door now for a few months .. app continually fails and goes offline.

Latest update very buggy -Neuestes Update sehr fehlerhaft
This latest update loads so that it appears that all previous data has been lost and the system must be re-Registered. This is not actually the case as existing system log in is behind the first screen.
However, the system administrator can no longer access other user data without first switching to the system administrators details in edit mode then backing out. This will then display other non admin users.
To the developers: the software needs to be thoroughly tested before you release it. It would be wise to involve customer users to ensure you have real world testing conditions.

Will not locate device
Managed to create account and register administrator but impossible to add user. You send an invite, they download the app, it doesn’t ask for the code you have sent, then cannot locate device
Logging out constantly
Stop logging out from my account!!! Also, your super basic version of login popup isn't recognised from Apple Keychain so it doesn't ask for remembering the password.
