Basic features fails to work
Add to my Day doesn’t work which was the key feature of this App, as a user.
Seems ok but…
Why does the app even need a username and password? This is just unnecessary tracking of PII.
Not as good as the Ekka website.
If you try and save something to ‘My Ekka’, it doesn’t work and doesn’t not appear. Also searching for an activity or show bag works better on the website than the app, which brings different and irrelevant results to what you are trying to search for.
MyDay doesn’t work
MyDay won’t let you add individual timed events, only the ones that go all day. Just be an error?
Still buggy?
Immediately right away the event finder & “add to my day” function isn’t working or using the “+” button next to for example a ride, a showbag or an item to add it to your Ekka. It loads, then displays right back to the same symbol (+ remains a +) and doesn’t add to your day / itinerary. Still such a poorly done, bug riddled, average app that honestly has all the potential in the world to be a really good app. Disappointed for another year. Maybe less effort on AR/AI for kids and more on actual native FRs that the majority of the app user group will be looking to utilise.
