Mr member of star app login
Trying to log in for 3 weeks no support from anybody at the Star sovereign diamond or others . Rang 7 times visited on site 3 times no clue said would raise an I.T. Report but no action. They have no idea but happy to take all members money
Need a new IT department lol
Can’t book a hotel room on the app never works the way it should. The screen won’t even show the month to book just shows the last week. You need to do better if you want people to go digital but can’t get the app right. Time to sack the IT department and hire others
Freeze screen
When clicking “oasis mega Nov 2025” draw the iPhone screen always freezes. Never able to read the details in the app. The freezing screen happened many times in the last few years and not improving.
Terrible app
Has Face ID but that doesn’t work most of the time and you have to go back and log in all your details again. Very annoying. Sometimes the app just disappears and I am left with a blank screen. Very poor app for a large organisation.
Really bad
This app is terrible, who allowed this to pass testing and be released to customers! Worse user experience with constantly having to log in, even after enabling biometric login!
