THE BLOCKER THAT RAISES YOUR DRAGON • Pick the apps that eat your time (Instagram, TikTok…) and set YOUR daily limit — iOS does the counting, not an honor-system timer. • Limit reached? Your dragon takes over the screen. • Come back to Eklos fast: the faster you return, the more XP it earns. • Loosening the limit must be earned: complete a habit first, and the change only applies tomorrow. You stay in charge — but with a cool head. HABITS THAT ACTUALLY COUNT • Anti-cheat focus sessions: leaving the app fails the session (locking your screen doesn't — we're not monsters). • Pomodoro, one-off actions, quantity habits, morning/noon/evening slots. • Day streaks, protective shields, honest vacation mode.
