It’s been over a year and you still haven’t fixed any issues
I love this app, but there are still so many glitches.
I mentioned this over a year ago, but you haven’t fixed it, so I’m going to mention it again. Episode 10 in “Wizard School Dropout” cuts off midway and your stats don’t save, so you have to restart whenever you move on to the next episode, which is extremely annoying as you can’t get a “good” ending without the stats from previous episodes.
I don’t know if it’s just an issue on my end, but since the issue was there over a year ago, I’m going to assume it’s not. Most of the other stories work just fine, but the amount of weird pausing and crashing I get ruins my experience and immersion sometimes, so I’d like a fix, and preferably soon.
Also, I’ve contacted the developers by email and they didn’t fix the issue when I mentioned it and instead completely ignored me, so if you want me to support your app, I’d like a fix to the issues as well as better customer service.

I can’t even play it!
I have always wanted to play interactive movie games, and this one looked interesting, so I decided to download. I get in after 2 mins of loading, then I choose my story and I can’t get in till minutes later just to get a frozen picture and talking! Am very sad because it really want to play this game! Like a previous guy said, my phone is some years old but so are others!, please please improve!!!!

It needs more episodes and seasons!
This is a great app for me because I love the kind of games like fallout, outworlds, games that give you the power of decision and make your own story. It reminds of that one scene in Futurama when they all go to the movies and they audience are given the chose on their chairs to A) Have the main character do their taxes. or B) Have the main character join in the fight in a epic scene.

Love Althea app but…
I really enjoy this app at times and it’s one of a kind, my only issue is that customer service doesn’t answer back! I got one reply before but it was not helpful at all which was frustrating and makes the experience less enjoyable… I was having issues and was told it was because I had an old phone, well I got a new one and had the same problem and I tried to contact Eko but still haven’t gotten a reply…

Crash Boom
This app would have a five star review. With the amazing selection of episodes and interactions, it seemed limitless and amazing. Then it crashed. Then it crashed again. And then, for the cherry on top of the cake, it crashed again. If this is some sort of bug, please, please work on it, because I really wanted to enjoy this app.. 👋😬

When I downloaded this “game “ I thought it was interactive through a story but it turns out is a travel thingy? Although I can appreciate this ummm travel err ok basically I don’t know what to call it! There were only two choices I’m like really after about 90 mins your down all the cities now you can redo the whole thing using other option, which I should explain goes like this you wanna spend a lot or hardly nothing at all also the have you want breakfast or eat on run !!!
This app would be good if they spent more times .... instead of 3 min per city you have a hour and more options!!

Great game, but.....
I love your game and it is absolutely amazing and fun to play. The only thing I “dislike” about it is that it keeps on crashing. I don’t know if you can fix it but if you can that would be really appreciated. I love this app anyway so I’ll bear through it. I would appreciate it though if you could fix these crashes and errors or whatnot so it is a more enjoyable experience. Pls fix it cuz I want to give it five stars but I tried it before and it didn’t work and it’s the same issue now sooo.......

EKO! Just download it!
This is an awesome interactive story game. If you like video, the unknown, choosing an outcome, and being surprised all while on the edge of your seat....this game is for you. It beats all the other cartoonish story games. This masterpiece is for the adults in the room. You can learn a craft or something new, navigate, watch, listen to music, and much more. These developers got it right. Love the content. Please keep it coming. 😍😘😍😘

This app is AMAZING!!! Just 2 side effects.
I’ve had this app for a while now, and it’s INCREDIBLE!!!! And I love the fact that the developers added more content than ever, especially after the arrivals of Buzzfeed and FBE. I just have 2 problems with this app.
1. (MAJOR ISSUE; PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING) There’s no parental rating system and most of the shows on Eko are not safe for kids (aside from the cooking shows and Make Or Break). I feel like that’s a MAJOR issue. Can there be a rating system that tells parents if kids can watch?? If so, that would be great.
2. Whenever I try to go to the main menu after an episode is over, the app usually crashes. Can there be an update to fix that please??

Looks like a really fun app but it crashes
Ok hear me out here, its just this game really does start crashing like no kidding, when i first got this app(which was right now) right when i entered and i meant RIGHT when i entered it crashed and i thought “hm maybe if i just keep trying to get in several times maybe it will work and i will be able to check out all of this cool looking stories but it just didn't budge so please find a way to fix it i would have really liked it if it didnt crash (but no offense though, am just stating my opinion here)

Would rate 5 stars, but...
I’ve only played one story so far and I love it, despite how cheesy it is. The writing isn’t perfect but I don’t mind it anymore, I think of it as part as part of the fun. Despite my enjoyment, I have come across an issue with saving. I was on episode 8 of Wizard School dropout, and when I was finished I saw that I was still “unlicensed” even though I passed 1 episode before, and all of my secret items, experience and progress up to episode 8 had been deleted.
If the game would actually save my progress, then I will give it 5 stars. But for now it’s 3.

Excellent app but some tech issues
I saw ads for Wizard School Dropout and decided to try the app. Every story I’ve played has been fun, has lots of choices, and keeps me totally hooked! Unfortunately, I keep randomly losing progress. I wanted to reply WSD to get all of the hidden items, but the story would reset me back to 0 skills and items every 2-3 episodes. If there was a way to ensure I could keep my progress, it would for sure be 5 stars!

Amazing but I found a glitch 🙃
So I overall love this app and having it be choice based but real people like a tv show almost for yourself but I just want to state that there is a glitch I think.

Crashes and unsaved stories
The story had a problem in saving my story line in the wizard dropout. All the hearts I gained for z was empty, the item I found vanished, and I couldn’t see how much money I gained from the quests. Also, I was two episodes away of being done when it crashed on me. Overall love this app; but should have a thing where you can continue the story that you were on so that you don’t start from the beginning over and over again

fun, and free
ok, so you’ll find apps that are free and look fun, and then make you pay for like 30 bucks a month, but in Eko, it is the most fun and crazy interactive show. it’s really fun because it’s just like watching a netflix show but you get to twist the ending, and replay it differently too. it’s free, and free and free!! i was very happy when i found this out. also the shows are so funny i literally can’t even.

Fun, but super glitchy.
This app would be awesome if it didn’t glitch out so frequently. I can’t get through a single episode without it freezing. Sometimes it let you back into the episode and continues, sometimes it won’t unfreeze even after multiple attempts of closing and opening, and sometimes you spend an hour going through multiple episodes and hours only to have your entire history of choices erased. So...yeah.

Love the shows
So I really love the shows but the app can use a little bit of funktionality. For instance it says you can download your shows for offline watching but I have yet to find out how to do that. Next every time I hit to watch the next episode it flops out of order to a totally different episode than it should be. Also can we get a rewind button instead of having to start over? Fix those issues and you’ll be a 5 star app!! I definitely love love love this app just fix the small issues!

Confusing
This app is fun and awesome! I haven’t had an issue with the crashing, but there are some moments that I would have loved to have some clarification. When do new episodes come out? For example, does a new Timeline episode come out every Friday or is it completely random when new episodes come out? How do I know if a story is complete or still leaving you hanging in the middle of the action? What exactly do the reactions mean? How do I know for sure when I have to make a choice? (in some of the stories, it’s unclear) As a reader - I really need more clarification about how this app works and how I know if a story is done or not.

Needs improvement ASAP (IMPORTANT!!)
The first episode I started off with only lagged a couple of times, but when I tried interacting with the episode it wouldn’t even work properly. At first I thought maybe it was because I didn’t have any internet, but I’ve tried multiple times with and without the internet to complete another episode and it doesn’t even want to play correctly. The game/TV show never crashed for me but I’m tired of the episodes not running properly even when I have good wifi that works very well for all my other apps and games. Please just fix all these bugs because I can’t even get through another episode without being frustrated by all the lagging and the interaction function not even working. I believe this app has great potential and I want to support the developers, but please please please fix the app.

Love this app!
I have had issues with it crashing and have had to uninstall and reinstall it several times but I love the interactive stories! Amazing work! I know it’s hard to write programs like this so I can be patient. It also gives me an opportunity to start over and do the interactions differently too lol. Love it overall but if the crashing can get fixed that would make it even more awesome than it already is! Thanks guys for this app!
