It is crashing in my iphone 12 mini. please fix. I need this app for my work
Many things missing
Search function doesnt work (skips some chats), cannot bookmark important chats, cannot update status via web.

Keeps crashing on iPhone 6
Can’t use the app. Always crashing upon opening. I use iPhone 6 with iOS 12.5.5. Please fix this ASAP.

Mute function
Could please add on the mute function option for individual chat? It would be helpful if we could mute the chat that we are not that involved with. Also, please enable DND function as appear-able. This would help when someone need to show he/she is on leave.
SLOW and UNPRODUCTIVE
Its very slow. A DARK MODE should be considered. Eko is now the only app i have not in dark mode, it hurts my eyes.

I love this app. Being part of a franchise as in all business communication is key and that what this app does. It’s so easy to get hold of another department or a member of staff. It helps build the team work and communication in the company to run things smoothly.

Eko is a great tool if you and your team are working from home. Everything has been though to make it easier for you and your teams to work from different locations. We mostly use chats and tasks to stay on top of our multiple projects and broacast to make announcement to the whole company. There are lots of very helpful features.
