EKOM App

Application for users and service technicians allowing registration of purchased EKOM products, access to product documentation and preventive maintenance and service records overview. Enables notification for upcoming service intervals and provides step-by-step guidelines for installation and maintenance of the product. The application has two interfaces: user: - allows user of the device to register the product and obtain extended warranty - provides an overview of interventions performed on the product (installation, service, repair) service engineer: - allows to register serviced product - access to product documentation - user and service manual - access to forms for installation, maintenance and repair - service notifications
