App needs optimising, hardwares good
The app looks nice and functions well most of the time. It needs optimising still after all this time. Still needs simple things like a “remember me” option at login since I get logged out multiple times a day, the ability to use keyboard shortcuts in app. Most meaningful changes to the UI have a significant lag time which is frustrating but not the end of the world. Surely the addition of a 24hr slow drip is not difficult to implement but realistically it’s what sets the competition apart at this price range, particularly with the resurgence of Kalkwasser in the reefing game.

App alert failure
The latest version of the iPhone App completely fails to provide any alerts what so ever. The reason the one star is that I am tired of spending hard earned money at companies that promise a high degree of reliability, only for them break the own products and apparently failure to support them when things go wrong. Why bother have having a close base monitoring system when it just does seem to work consistently? Switching to offline is of not help help either - simply does not connect!

Doesn’t connect with née update
Th eKoral doser updated to version 2021.6.1 yesterday and will not connect via WiFi anymore.
Please fix this as I can’t connect to make adjustments anymore and i would like to also install a new dosing unit I purchased yesterday on another tank and I am unable to

有時連線不上 排插設定好的時間會跑掉 原廠有派人協助解決 目前大部分都改善了 希望後續越來越好
