The app is broken and inconsistent I’m so many flows. I use usually United and Southwest app which are superb compared to El Al app. I suggest developers and product managers use both and learn how to improve the current app.

don’t know mitch about the prices but i can definitely say that the food is good, screens are big and the flight attendant are super nice, would recommend

Latest updated app stopped working
App unusable since the latest update. Used to work very well but now continuously displays message that the service is unavailable. I’m not even able to log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help but no. I have an upcoming trip so this particularly problematic. Please fix whatever the issue is!
