Improved but still not great
Although the app has recently improved (with features that have long overdue like changing the flight in the app and adding a Passkey) some of the flows are not intuitive and there are several annoying bugs. For example, after check in my current flight disappears from the flight list π€―
My baggage allowance is ALWAYS incorrect and based on the class rather than my status (for example for premium economy I see 3x50lb instead of 70lb which I am allowed to bring as a PL member).
The βupgradeβ flow is very annoying and you need to go back to the Home Screen to pick a different option.
The βflight detailsβ button for the individual flights is not prominent enough and is camouflaged by the background.
Thereβs no timeline to see my future points and diamonds by quarter like other airlines display, etc. etc.
El Al - I know you can do better than this. Itβs 2026.

How bad an app can be? Login doesn't work with Apple Password manager. Really?

The app is broken and inconsistent Iβm so many flows. I use usually United and Southwest app which are superb compared to El Al app. I suggest developers and product managers use both and learn how to improve the current app.

donβt know mitch about the prices but i can definitely say that the food is good, screens are big and the flight attendant are super nice, would recommend

Latest updated app stopped working
App unusable since the latest update. Used to work very well but now continuously displays message that the service is unavailable. Iβm not even able to log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help but no. I have an upcoming trip so this particularly problematic. Please fix whatever the issue is!
