Better than waiting during tourist season
Use the app all the time. The restaurant is always packed during tourist season, so it’s nice as a local to just order through the app and go pick it up. Never had any issues with the app at all.
App made my wait twice as long
I downloaded the app and placed an order. Waited until the time provided in the confirmation email and went inside to pick it up. They told me "it didn't go through" and that I'll have to wait another 15+ minutes. It had charged my card already, but they didn't ask me what I ordered. I think they just didn't refresh the page or something. Finally, after all this they only gave me two salsas even though I ordered three dinner entrees and argued with me about it. Two thumbs down.
