joke of an app
horrible app. no confirmation email was received. the checkout process is super buggy and you need tap on the button several times. also half of the app is in spanish, which is fine, but there’s no consistency throughout

Never received activation/verification email message. Location (Viscount) is not even listed so unable to place order.

Tried multiple times and two different emails and never received anything for the email verification!!!!! No wonder the app has horrible ratings.
Food is ALWAYS cold.
The staff never update the order to “ready for pickup l” so if you are not diligent and proactive you will never get the email notification when your order is ready. They don’t even bother to check the special requests you make in the app either (like extra avocado). Don’t bother with the app and just dine in.
