New customer in Pollock Pines
I am a new customer and the service by El Dorado Disposal over the last 3 months has been exceptional. I always get great Customer service from the office when I call. The app is awesome! The trucks and drivers are awesome too. Thank you! 😊
Does this app work or no?
I keep getting a notification to update and there is no update. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no change.
App doesn’t work
I keep getting an error that this version isn’t supported. I deleted it and reinstalled it without success.
Constant Bugs, Rarely Ever Works
Consistently says “out of date”, even when no updates are available and I uninstall and reinstall. It’s trash (pun)
Easy to Navigate
I really like the app. It’s easy to use and the calendar feature is much better than posting the sheet in our garage.

Works with me
All the staff is helpful from the trash collection to the dump to the office crew.
Glitchy
At least 50% of the time the app fails to load and has to be closed and re-opened. Frustrating to use.

Really like the pickup notifications But
I empathize with the person concerned about the bears. Actually, I think mixing the food scraps with green waste is a nice idea, but I really don’t like having to store it in my refrigerator for 2 weeks. It takes up a lot of needed space. Also, are you going to provide the biodegradable bags again this year?

Organic/Yard waste pick up
I am finding the process of sorting my organic/compostable waste complicated. Living in Pollock Pines we have bears that love to get into our yard waste can that has the organic food waste. We keep it in the garage but it is very stinky.
My suggestion is to pick up the yard waste/organic waste can weekly instead of every 2 weeks to help with this problem.
We are trying to follow the regulations but would like to make this process easier for folks living up here.

loving the app
I love how easy it is to navigate. I enjoy that it sends me a reminder of my trash pick up date. the convenience of paying my bill.

Great idea to be online
El Dorado Disposal had a great idea for this online information and it's really appreciated. Good to know the day before pickup whether yard waste or recycle goes out for pickup. Wish the disposal service for our Bay Area home would have the same online notifications.
