I downloaded El Grito thinking it’d be a quick laugh — turns out it’s my new favorite therapy app disguised as a game. You literally just yell at your phone and it rewards you for it. My neighbors probably think I’ve lost it, but joke’s on them — I’m leveling up in life and in volume.
