The app is slow not up to date don’t get notifications on time and can’t open certain attachments

This app is very laggy and doesn’t work without WiFi and especially not in school districts. Horrible app!

This app is constantly crashing with all sorts of glitches and overall is not well developed. The prior app the district had was very user friendly and there was no issues at all. If the district considered developing its own app it should have been better prepared. Please keep up with technology and fix all the glitches!

Can’t message teacher
This app worked for a couple of days for messaging my kids teachers. Now I can’t message the teachers at all and the app closes out when I try and just open a message to read. Super frustrating and annoying
Not user friendly
Terrible app. …especially if you have more than one child/school. It’s ridiculous trying to check it all because the things you need aren’t all together nor can you easily toggle back and forth.
Easy to use and friendly
It’s cool and you can switch between schools. When not having cervice it can be trash but otherwise it’s really good
Please bring back Class Dojo!
I wish you all would use class dojo again. It was much easier to use and be notified of new announcements or message. This app is so hard to use. I miss messages from the teachers even though my notifications are on.
Hate it
I hate this app. I don’t stay logged in , keeps kicking me out . I don’t get notifications even when I have the app to send me notifications. It’s confusing . Let’s just go back to class dojo or fix it .
Not User Friendly
This app I horrible to use. It is not user friendly at all! I get a notification that there is something new to view and I can’t figure out what is new without going through each and every class for announcements or messages or the school announcement page for both of my kids. The app set one of the schools as my default school and now neither of my kids goes there and I can’t change it. I want to go back to something easy to use!!

Worst app ever
Not sure friendly. Information is never up to date. Staff were given no training on how to use it. Should just let schools use what they are comfortable with.
Glitchy and frustrating!
I cannot view messages and get error codes. It would be nice to communicate with my children’s teachers without getting frustrated. I can see them sending notes through the app, but I can’t actually see them.
Please fix this or use a different way to communicate ASAP. Thanks!

Trash app
This app is garbage. It was alright before the most recent update, but after has just turned into utter trash. Literally cannot message my son’s teacher, because i search for her name and nothing shows up. Had to call the school to leave a message with the teacher because i cant do anything with this app.

Took EPISD long enough!
I absolutely love this app. I can oversee two different schools and the districts announcements. I love I can message teachers from it and can see what is going on in classes depending on what teachers actually take the time to share. It is very user friendly. I am very happy with it so far!
Useless
The app doesn’t work, It won’t send the necessary code to login in. Tried both with my phone number and my email, but codes don’t get sent.

Absolute trash
This app is not navigable and links in announcements don’t work. Where’s the district calendar? This just isn’t user friendly or intuitive to use.
