Great informational app

Options are very limited, and the Covid assessment button doesn’t work.

I’d love to see the app be more user friendly & appealing.

Constant push notifications

Why do I am glad the connection to the Apple Watch issue has been fixed, for the last two weeks I am getting push notifications at least once an hour and sometimes more, despite having the free account. And of course of the free account there's nothing I can do to alter the scheduling. It's become so annoying that I've turned off notifications completely which kind of defeats the purpose of the app. If this doesn't get fixed soon I will delete completely. Sorry.

Lacks needed notification customization

If you turn notifications on (which you want for COVID monitoring), it sends one every day even if you are normal. This is too many notifications. It needs a setting to customize to send notifications for irregularities only. Im likely going to uninstall this app due to the quantity of daily notifications.

We are also working on the user experience, so we have added your suggestion to upcoming changes. Many customers like the daily notification, so we are likely to add an option only to get notifications if elevated or elarm is missing your wearable data. Thanks again for the feedback.

I purchased this app
The first week it worked then after that it went down hill from there.
They took my money and I want it back ASAP
Don’t waste ur time or money on this app

Unhappy

Very unhappy with this app, never stays connected to my Apple Watch. Every time I go into it. It says no devices and I have to re-connect sometimes it works most of the time it will not.

Grateful for this app

I've been using this app for about 10 days, and I've been impressed with every step! A few days ago, I had a dental procedure, and while it's not the purpose of this app, they alerted me that my levels had slightly increased. Wow! Not only do they help alert you to viral shedding, but they also alert you when your body is giving off signals that something is slightly off. The peace of mind I've had since installing this app far exceeds the $4 monthly fee (come on, it's the price of a cup of coffee, folks). Along with following CDC guidelines and having elarm, I've given myself a layer of detection that's unheard of. With 1 in 5 Angelinos testing positive, this is an app I can't live without.
