Bugs to fix…..
First, there isn’t an option to turn off the driver facing camera. I was told just put black tape or paper over it if I don’t want it recording inside for privacy, cus it records 24/7.
Second, and most aggravating, you should fix the CarPlay issue with your system. It’s 2026. I sent a couple vids to “Vincent”. If CarPlay is enabled & my phone is connected to my truck with UConnect, your ADAS app does not work. It will NOT connect to the dashcam. I have to “Forget” my truck & disable CarPlay in order for ADAS to work & open my camera. That’s ridiculous. Please fix this issue. I want to have CarPlay for hands free function of phone. I can just tap icons on screen without handling phone.

Clark did an excellent job and helping me figure out what was wrong with this camera it was driving me crazy it was telling me to stop doing things that I wasn’t doing and it will start. It would keep doing it so long until they went to shouting at me I wound up just turning the camera down so it wouldn’t see me no more but he did an excellent job him and his technical staff up there. Thank you very much, Clark.

Software Issue
I have tried this but never worked even they send me substitute dash cam that one also useless they have to update their app software first and fix so many bugs issues and start provide the quality service im so disappointed from this apps

I buy dashcam from them they charge me 300 dollars and 40 dollars for every month but dashcam works only for months now its 5 months my dascam not working i called more than 25 times customer care but they don’t know how to resolve problem still they charge 40 dollars every month but my dashcam not working
