User reviews

Long time user first time reviewer

I work for a traveling Nurse company and I’ve been using this system/ been well acquainted with this system for at least two years now, with the diversity of many sites using this around MN and some in western WI, and the same problems have been bugging me or even affecting the flow of my shift. The app is okay, a bit slow at times and frustrating that more than one user cannot be logged into the same slot/shift/task-folder at the same time, but for the most part it accomplishes the need. I would like to see three major glitches to change to give this a 5 star rating tho. I repeat. These are issues that have not been assumably addressed and been an issue with every single medium device (computer/phone/tablet) for

1- the lag in clicking buttons is crazy. It’s almost a full two sec responde for each touch/click the “confirm” then the second “confirm” when you’re trying to fly through a bunch of people at once. It adds up and is frustrating when you don’t have the time to be “confirming” simple tasks like a care plan review, safety check, or after you were in a persons room and you completed ten tasks in the one room and now want to make them as complete. It shouldn’t have such slow response.

2- search bar glitch. Each time I want to use the available search bar to isolate one person’s cares, or tell me only the people who have showers/ trash/ etc. Then I go to use the search bar again, and again. This will work the first three or four times, then afterwards will kick me out after I try to use the search bar a second time. Every time. So I have to log back in>pick my building>floor>shift. Very frustrating and makes the search bar useless because it won’t let me use it the rest of the shift.
2b- Or the other thing is, the search bar disappears completely while typing. And if I hit the enter key, now I have to click on a task and go back to exit the search bar, because it will disappear every time.

3- stop making me log ALL the way out and all the way back in to change floors. Sometimes (depending on internet strength and age if the apple product) it takes 10-15 minutes to log back in, if I’m working multiple units of the building and need to see all that I need to accomplish. So staff need to log in and out multiple time each hour to be Sure all tasks are accomplished for each unit ON TIME.

Bonus- I want there to be a better tablet mode. Some of the buildings I go to use iPads, if I’m using an iPad, I want to be able to place the tablet on its side for landscape mode. This isn’t a big big deal, however would be very useful.
