Horrible app 👎👎👎
1 Very horrible app logout by itself. 2 you can’t change the status when you are not in the truck. 3 if you forget you don’t put on off duty or sleep we are human we can forget it. 4 also you can’t edit for example for pre trip. 5 and if you don’t update the latest version app for example if you don’t have good network you can’t login. I used motive driver for almost 3 years or more I never had issues with it but this app 👎👎👎 i don’t think i can use it anymore.

Been with them for a few years to find out they’re scammers, be careful when you want to cancel, they will play games and charge your card, best is to fight them with your credit card company, they will not cancel or refund your money .

Do not give this company any of you information they are crooks and thrives they take your personal information and use it They charge your cards and companies for items and or equipment that you don’t even have and continue to charge your cards for a monthly service fee that you don’t even have or ever had. Then when you try to call the main company to ask why they are charging , they say ,,, oh it’s not us but we can help you then they disconnect the call and block you from calling them back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A TOTAL FRAUD .
