Most reliable charging network in Bulgaria
I use the charging stations daily and on long trips — they are always reliable and work well. The locations are convenient and great for spending some quality time while charging.

Пълен провал. Приложението отказва да приеме кредитната ми карта, въпреки че е изрядна. След разговор с поддръжката – никакъв резултат. Пробвах на няколко различни станции, абсолютно същия проблем. Оставиха ме без възможност да заредя, в критична ситуация на път. Тази система е ненадеждна и опасна – не може да се разчита на Eldrive. Повече няма да използвам услугата и препоръчвам на другите да стоят далеч.

Very unreliable and disappointing
In the recent 2 years, not a single time I have been able to charge at a charging spot without moving between stalls 2-3 times. On AC stations the non-working stalls is higher than the working. I deleted the app and will continue to use all other vendors except eldrive.
Just OK
App works OK, but provides absolutely no information for the charging process except duration.
The app needs lots of improvements
Update the app urgently - when a charging session is in progress I don’t see any information about the battery status, charging speed, energy already charged. I only see „Session in progress“ !!!

UX is bad
The application is not responding and the error messages are not informative at all. Phone support is not answering.

Some charging stations don’t have cables. The car share company, spark, doesn’t provide them either. Just what you can expect from companies operating in Bulgaria
