They charge me $32 cancellations fees and move invoice to collections agency

Don’t ever use them again they have bad devices and disconnect all time and after suffering 2 years with them I decided to cancel and they charge me cancel fee and I gave them notice.I refused to pay and they transfer my invoice to collections agency

Not worth it your time and money

I was a customer for long time this company. They were nice the first two years. The last year theyre become bad at customer service bad eld service and worst for database collection. I was like every company is struggling give them one more year. To be honest they were $20 a month. No body can beat that. This year they become the worst Eld company out there. Their New update is trash. No customer service what soo ever. After calling two weeks I finally get someone on The phone Who insults me and hung up phone. Then I got an email saying that my service is disconnected and I have to pay a fee for that or they will send me a collection. Afte all three and half years end at disappointed. I will not recommend for any body.

It works

It works pretty simple to use been using it for 9 months now.
It loses connection a couple times a day which is annoying as it flash’s between two screen even more so at night as there is no Dark mode available for Apple products spoke to customer service about this 4-5 months ago they verified there was no dark mode for IPad and said they would put in a ticket to techs/developers but here we are 4-5 months later and still no dark mode and not a single update in 3 months

No night mode

I don’t understand why there is no night mode for iOS but there is on android

New update

Just updated this app and it’s worst now keeps crashing and not syncing at all

No support

Keep trucking is the way to go. Unless you like no support an put out of service for not having valid ELD plus the ticket. 1.5 point straight to your license

Won’t sign in

App shuts down before it finishes login. It gets to 10/12 and close out every time

Junk stay away

Like the title says complete junk.None of the new HOS regulations are working correctly. The idiots at their technical service desk know how the new regulations work. The FMCSA needs to remove their self certification.

Not syncing

Go to log in and it start to sync and stops at 10/13.

Worst ELDS

Keeps loosing connection. From last year I sold my 2nd truck and I m not using that ELDS and they r still charging me for that. When I asked them y they r charging me for that they said ur contract just got renewed automatically so u have to pay for whole year.

Do not recommend

Upgraded plan is not worth it as tracking is simply not working and very dated compared to latest technology companies. No complains on logbooks as they served good. Other thing they charge you $249 for device and cancelation fee of $99 even after being a client almost 3 years. Happy we switched to Samsara and got way more for same price and free devices.

It’s the slowest app in my iPhone

Very slow, this app for truckers, cellular connection can be poor, but it’s not stop the app from connecting to the server and it will take forever.....

Awful!

Constantly freezes up, several malfunctions a day, sometimes more than 50-60 times a day showing “missing location”.
Today it shoes that I am 4546 miles from some place on earth!
And when you call they are giving you some stupid explanation about how bad Apple communicate with their customers!
But they don’t care that actually only this app is not working properly!
I worked about 10 months last year with Keep Trucking and had not a single issue!
It is your fix guys, you are the ones in fault, not Apple!

New:
After all the BS about Apple I bought a $600 Android tablet.
Same thing - tons of bugs!
My company cancelled the contract with them!
Thank God!
No more problems!

Worst Eld system I’ve ever used

This software is the absolute worst, it’s glitchy, it’s unstable, it crashes frequently. It disconnects from the bus regularly. I am forced by my company to use it on android and it barely works. On iPad it is a little smoother but the backend of the software doesn’t communicate with the front end, meaning when you make changes like add a trailer it doesn’t update on the front of the app so you can’t do dvir because it doesn’t know it’s there. Last month I went 11 days with no eld because the was a glitch that tech support couldn’t figure out.(and yess that’s illegal by dot standard you are allowed 8days on paper) the updates aren’t getting any better. Do not buy into this system

Very bad company and they cheated customers

I have been using this service view months first I bought their device monthly 20 bucks then i was trying to leave their service they refused and said you signed contract you have to bay termination fee and device was discount original.

Be aware when you heading this cheap company!!

Extremely Frustrating - customer service is only 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday

These devices always freeze, change duty statuses by themselves, or don’t change when you want them to change, don’t pick up location and lose connection all the time. Whenever any errors occur and you need help from technical support, you can’t get any help because they only work M - F 8am to 5pm. If any of these errors happen on weekends or later than 5pm, you have to drive with violations or stop and accept the loss. After hours support is a MUST when there are so many glitches. I regret my company chose ELDS, when there are so many other reliable ELD providers on the market.
Don’t get stuck in a contract with them, like our company did!

This device doesn’t work properly!!! The customer service is unreachable and unprofessional. Don’t waist your money. Always glitches and throws you in wrong statuses. Don’t get stuck in contact with them.

Freeze up

This has not worked right from the start takes to much time to change status and pre trip was great till I updated and now freezes up takes 2 or3mins to load something needs to be done I would change but my contract say I have to use your device to pull there fright
