Need help to download the app to my MacBook

This app is not available on MacBook, I tried to do it on my iPhone but it's of no use. Need serious help ;(

Failed to access event

I tried to attend the event with the correct reference code in this app, and didn’t able to do so until use the windows version. There certainly are some errors in this app, I hope they can correct that soon.
